Need somebody (In UK's) Help!

Hey guys, this is going to sound really odd but at this point im desperate!

Im looking to buy something of UK ebay, not a big item, currently at 7Pounds and unlikely to go above 10Pounds. The problem is the seller is not willing to post outside UK.

Im desperate for this thing, its for a god mates 21st!

I am of course talking about me paying you in full before you pruchase and then if you wish compensate you for your time and effort!
