No price but some help, i guess.
Holden would probably charge twice as much as someone else though.

"A couple of thousand, and a bit more depending on your finish you're after" was the verbal quote I got from the service centre at Mitsubishi when I last enquired (old car).

There's a few things to take into account. Your roof may require extra structural support. Good news though is if you are to purchase a sunroof like a top-of-the-line internal unit Hollandia 700 (http://www.webasto.com.au/am/en/am_auto_sunroofs_792.html) (rrp $2,450 + extras), you can get the RSR (or Roof Stiffener Replacement) system installed for an additional $100. (read about it here (http://www.autosun.com.au/showcase.asp) under VEHICLE SAFETY SYSTEMS)

Mind you, the extras you may want do push that price up. For example, there's an auto closing rain sensor (+$200), and an optional rolled edge which makes the sunroof look factory fitted, not an aftermarket jobbie (+$200). However the rolled edge means your roof has to be completely resprayed (+$990)

Assuming your car does not require the 'Stiffie' system mentioned above, that little bit of sky in your car will still set you back $3840.

Those prices are from www.autosun.com.au (http://www.autosun.com.au), btw. I hope I haven't scared you off one, but those are the prices you're looking at.

$1990...City Sunroofs fivedock...

Electric tilt and slide! ! !

btw...Holden dont do sunroofs (HSV do though) but if they were to supply you with one it would be retro fit (in my case by city sunroofs) and the dealer gets it slightly cheaper than retail and keeps the difference...fair deal ! ! !

i guess holden aren't making anything off a sale of a sun-roof if i buy one through them then are they. but then again, they are helping out a staff member.

I contacted Webasto who actually supply the sunroof to Holden. It's an Hollandia 700 series (electric tilt and slide). Quoted price is $2350.00 installed

the one that slide up to become a spoiler is a fair bit cheaper, and you would still retain most of your interior headroom.

Depending on where you live..I know Holden dealers in melbourne get their sunroofs fitted by prestige sunroofs http://www.prestigesunroofs.com.au/sunroofs.html

I've got a Webasto 700 in my TS SRI and it works a treat.

The worst thing I have to point out is that you loose about 50mm of head clearance and that is especially annoying for the people in the back seat.

From memory the Web 700 is between $1900 and $2200 fitted.

Give them a call for a quote.

Cheers,
