I think if you have heaps of heat on your car, ie. x5 heat, your bounty should fly up really quickly. Of course the cops will be a heap more aggressive with the higher your heat is.

yeah i got 400,000+ on one and with the missions it was 1,000,000+ all up!!! it gets pretty hard when the corvettes are after you, and the chopper!

76% now and its too bloody hard :D
