Got three punctures today and was just wondering if you could put 14" wheels on with 15" wheels?

There is nothing wrong with 15's on the rear and 14's on the front. Won't effect the car from a "damage" point of view and won't create a "hazard" from a safety point of view. It will upset the handling, but as it's for 'emergency' retrieval of the car, I doubt you'll be racing in it :p

Arent the space saving tyres like 10"s in some cars.
They do like max 60kmp/h.

were do you park your car to get your tyers slashed or have you and your work mates just pissed off some clients?

It gets parked at work... in the carpark which is right next to our office, and the reception lady has full view of the car park. Although she is a knob. Nah I dunno... just brat kids we suspect...

you can fit the 14's so long as the clear the brakes. if they're original barina rims, your sweet.

put the two 14's on the front and a 15" and 14" on the back.

so have they been let down or punctured. if they're let down, get your hands on one of those 12 volt pumps that plug into your cig lighter.

nar it should be fine,

if the 14s have the same rolling diameter then it will be fine, but if its an emergency thing just do it so u can get the car home

It was a decision I had to make on the spot, so I guess I am asking for future reference... but I ended up agreeing to have the car towed. :(

yeah just pends on how long u will be waiting til u can get back to ur original sized wheels (i.e. the ones that got slashed)

if it's just to get home; then it should be fine....i see cars go past my shop like that all the time..

Well I bought just a standard 15" rim and tyre today when I got my others one patched... so with a bit of luck won't face this problem again. Although - to really not have this prob again I would need to carry 4 spares with me at all times... hmm, NO!

CJB

That's because they used an AXE on one of them :)

A certain someone who has a lot of issues... I don't think it was a case of they just happened to be in the neighbourhood at that time with a portable pocket sized axe. If it were... then I'd be more worried I think!
