regal are the worst place in uk to deal with..

they have the crappiest customer care out of all the big firms.......
tried buying 2 lots of intercooler pipes and even after calling them a few times and emailing them they still said i have to pay for the goods and then they would give me ap price for postage afterwards and the purchase price was non refundable so they could have said naything....
