Could've just had long exposure in lots of light? Which is what's needed to get that motion blur with a still car (the long exposure bit - camera mounted to external of the car, driven low speeds. I'm guessing on the lots of light though.)

Engine bay one is clever, one pic taken with bonnet closed and another with it open, then layered on semi transparent after?

I like them a lot, great job.

Actually, to get a moving object "still" and the background blur, without the help of photoshop, you need a very short exposure AND lots of light.

To get that effect with long exposure, too much light would cause it to overexpose, its doable but just not sure about the way that its mounted. It'd have to be very still to have the picture as sharp looking as that

It's been done so many times before, one of those "have to do" sorts, just like long exposure over a highway at night. Not very original, but still very nice

Yeah, the superimposing internal parts has been done for years if not decades.

The Moving shots are photoshopped but only for Levels, Saturation and Sharpening - The blurring motion is all done in the field and the bonnet shot is a mix of photoshop and trick photography.

All other shots are untouched. :)

good stuff chad.

did you settle the rubbing problems?

For some reason he sideskirts look a little "meh", kinda don't flow with the hbd kit very well.

Overall though, car looks a million dollars. nice and clean.

i've never been a fan of altezza's, but they suit chad's car well

i thin k because it's silver, there isn't such a stark contrast

Looks great . . . but please, finish it all off with a couple of quality number plate frames to get rid of those horrible mounting screws showing through.

Love the finish. Anything special used on the paint, or just plenty of elbow grease!

Any interior shots to match the quality exterior?
