hey just wonderin what ever1 is gettn economy wise?
like whats on ur average in L/100kms?
whats the best uve got to on a tank or expected on a tank (range + trip)?

my avg= 11.9L/100km (8.4km/L) & still droppin, idiots at d car yard were usin unleaded
best (worked out)= 5.8L/100km (17.2km/L) prob coulda got a bit betta 2.

meh my fuel economy would probably be good, but i gotta deliver papers every say and sun; i.e. lots of stopping and starting....

i got a vectra with a 60L tank, my best aroud 925km actual. that was when i was working in the city, heading into the city late afternoon coming home around midnight so there was no trafic either way. on that tank my fuel light was flashing and fuel gauge was on dead nothin when leavin the city, i fueled up on the way home at loganlea and put in 62.5 litres.... i musta been reeaal low.

my expected is usually about 850 now that i drive on the highway to uni every day and on average i get about 850 too so its fairly accurate

damn, i was gettn bout 400-600 in my 2.6L veccy.
n 700-800 max, on hway only.

i used to get 700-750 from non highway, driving most the time through big hills and uneven roads getting to beenleigh, but now i drive on highways most the time its has gone to around 850, altho i still drive have to drive on the same hilly roads each day to beehleigh to get to the M1

i got a 2.0L vectra

2.2L astra..... best is about 660 on freeway out of 52L tank......
Worst is 300 out of a 52L tank... i usually average about 340-400 out of a 52L tank

i guess it is right, the 2.0L-t bein more fuel efficient than the 2.2L.
my average is bout 450, n still rising ( as the comp gets used to optimax ).
i'm not exactly a slow driver either, n if i am drivin slow it's at full throttle low rpm, so i can hear the wastegate openin on the turbs.

yeah, i have a lead foot.... I also coast down EVERY down hill, etc i can find to save fuel (that's why i get "so much" out of a tank)...
I've just recently done 510 out of a 52 L tank, it's teh best i've EVER done for city driving... By a LOT

I think mine does around just over 600 in the outer city (as it not CBD) but I used to filler 'er up on Ultimate most of the time. Will try the Vortex 98 stuff and see if does better or not.

Mine has gone up a bit lately (1.4L '01 Barina) thanks to my pod filter... but I don't care.

I average around 7.6-8.4L/100km, best I've ever done was 5.58L/100km on a 800km round trip to Bundaberg and back.

shit. my vectra 2.0l 4 banger, gets on average 300kms per 60litre tank.

either urs (freaktown) is far from stock, u REALLY boot it everywher, or tis in need of attention mechanically, maybe a bitta fine tuning is in order.
i woulda still got more than 300kms otta my tank ( 2.6L V6 ) when i was goin round the track at darlington park raceway!
does it burn oil, blow ne smoke, show ecu or emmisions light, cough, splutter, backfire, have a fuel leak, idle excesivly high?

i like that too.... but what is more funny is when friends are watching it at times like slight downhill roads that go for ages, the kinda times when it sits on 0.0 for a few mins lol

my worst every tank would have been still above 500, more closer to 550km
