G'day all,
Just to update you all on my car, its up and running and has been driven round the streets by the guys at MRT. Brett was kind enough to donate his coil pack of his WRX Rally Car in order to get it to run. Problem now is i have to find a compatable coil pack to run my car as the factory one is no good. The WRX coil pack will surfice but looks like shit as it sticks out like, well sticks out. I will have it back this week and it will be at the Compack attack.

Whats a coil pack?

A coil pack is what has replaced a distributor. The dizzy used to spin a button inside a cap and this would distribute the spark to the required plug for ignition, whata coil pack is is basically the same, as most modern cars dont have distributers they run whats called a coil pack and this is what distributes the spark.
