Fusebox Ground - 2005 Astra TS Sedan

I'm looking into hardwiring a dashcam into my car using a Power Magic Pro, however I had a look in the fuse box under the steering wheel and can't seem to find any bolts to ground the device to.

Should there be a bolt there that I can use to ground to? If not, what is a good place nearby I can use? Open to any suggestions, just don't want to stuff it up because I used something that I wasn't meant to.

Plenty of points around to ground it to.

any metal will be fine. Otherwise you can always ground to a brown wire.
