If you have a 5 stud it's a 5x110 stud pattern. Unfortunately there isn't really much in the way of options when it comes to factory interchangeability. Mostly they'll come from other Astras. Otherwise there are a couple of models of Alfa Romeos that use the same stud pattern and possibly some SAABs, although I'm not 100% certain on that one.

Majority of 5 stud saabs and alfas should fit. Otherwise its factory astra/vectra wheels. Commodore wont fit

Apparently Teslas run a 5x110 stud pattern from what I've heard.

From Googling, the Tesla Roadster had 5x110, the Model S has 5x120.

Pretty much this, best bet is to try and hunt down the 18 or 19'' VXR pentas as they look the best took me a few years but I finally got some 18's from a wrecker for $500
