What manual or what-ever, would you recommend for all the torque settings and Part numbers... for 06 astra ah z18xe? I bought a service manual disc online, but that doesn't have torque settings lists or part numbers. I used to own a Daewoo and the service manual I had for that had everything, had every torque setting and all the part numbers listed as well. Was hoping to get something like that. Surely something has to be available?

If you want the complete service manual, as per what the dealers use, you need to find the Opel TIS 2000 software. If you want the part numbers, etc then you're looking for another program called the Opel EPC (electronic parts catalogue). Both programs are best run on WinXP, so if you use Vista or later, then run both of these in a virtual machine (Oracle VM VirtualBox is free and is quite good for this purpose). TIS 2000 is a little complex to figure out, but once you do, there's everything you need to find and more. EPC on the other hand, is pretty much browser based and easy to navigate. You can even plug your VIN in and it'll tell you what options came from factory, as well as look up the foreword pages and it'll give you a list of the options that were generally available, including paint and trim codes. TIS 2000 also contains wiring diagrams too.

I won't tell you where to find these programs, but if you're a veteran of the internet, then you should already know how. There's a basic version of TIS 2000 online too at http://workshop-manuals.com/vauxhall/ , which can be a little clumsier to use than the offline TIS 2000 program.
