Hi everyone , just bought a 2000 model sb barina for the better half to run around town in and yep I'm after some tips on squeezing just a whisker more go out of it , has the C14NZ with a 5 speed , cheers jim !

Welcome. If it's a 2000 model, you probably have a C14SE and not the C14NZ.

If you want a bit more out of it, Z18XE swap is the way to go.
