Think you'll find an almost identical nose going on the next model Commodore as well.
Have a look at the whole Holden range: Corsa, Astra, Vectra, Rodeo . . . They all look the same. Even their proposed AWD SUV (Adventra replacement) has the same looks.

Guess they are no different to BMW, Peugeot, Audi, M-B, etc., etc. Hey! Aren't they all out of Europe? I wonder if there could be any connection there . . .

Looks like an improvement to me. The front end is definitely the problem end as far as I am concerned.

Don't like it. The Grille looks like it's been retrofitted from a VZ-Caprice, the bottom Air Intake from an SS-Commodore, and as you say, the lights from the new Astra.

I don't really think GM know WHAT the f**k they're doing.

I wouldn't be at all surprised if future Saab Models go the same way, if Opel Management has anything to do with it.

i dont mind the front, but yeah.. its getting common in all the range of models GM is offering. thats true though.. they should have played around with the rear of the car, i dislike the rear of the car
now it looks liek to totally different cars from the front as compared to the back?
dont u think?

F**k me. If GM really wants to don the "Goatee-Look", then why don't they just rebadge the Cadillac CTS and be done with it?

I don't really like it. But if that's what they want their global customers to be driving, then why don't they just cutout the Hints and Bulls**t and release the bloody thing?

<Rant Off>

As we all know of course the Astra has the Xenon lights inside, instead of outside as it seems to be the case with the Vectra after the facelift.

(Yes, they still look the same. :lol:)

Tom, those lights on the Vectra you think are Xenons are infact auxillaries, ie. Fog-Lights. Standard issue on the curent Vectra CDXi.

I stand to be corrected though.
