Anyway apparently its a friend of a friend who actually wanted to sell her car so she could travel to Germany?? i think but she was having trouble selling it.

Then some old lady T-Boned her!

From the looks of the photo she looks fine.... I mean she looks like she has no injuries :oops:

QLD plates.... where did it happen? at least the airbags work

i guess she will just ask for the insurance money now and not bother buying another car...

it does look like quite a hard hit, also was she in 4th or 2nd gear at the time? i think it looks like 4th so she would have had a bit of speed at the time of the accident

I didnt explain myslef right and it was early the smornen! ;)


I think if i remember correctly an old lady went thru a red light and the young girl drove into her! Hence it wasnt the young girls fault so i say the old lady hit her!

That is horrible! I know the feeling. 8 years ago I just restored a silver Monza, only to have it written off by a drunk in a.....mail van! :screwy: The Police told me if I had been in anything else other than a Merc or big Volvo I'd have been on the slab. Impact was such that her headlamps ended up in my rear seats! But, I walked away...and no airbags. Thats why I drive Monzas. Overweight. over-engineered...and over here thank God! Thanks Opel!
I hope the young lady was only "shaken & stirred" :(
