there are upgrades and then there are Bling Bling upgrade.

Those are the latter....which in my books is bad. There is no benefit and chances are they will get broken or stolen or become dirty as mentioned previously.

They look great. I like the way the design is set in deep dish. I am just thinking about all the cars with neons, washer lights and tyre valve caps with lights I think this is going a bit to far!
