Hi all. I bought an Ah Sri turbo for my daughter and prior to this was searching for a specialist mechanic/ workshop to do the time zero service to make sure no little surprises were purchased as well. Have had less than satisfactory experiences with Holden in the past so I wasn't going down that path again. So I jump on this forum and found that Guy ticked all the boxes as you all know anyway.
Anyway found an honest car bought it and gave Guy a pm to see if he was in Melbourne, and he was.... A blessing. Spoke to him on the phone and found a very knowledgeable, honest and passionate man about everything Opel .
Took the car to him and I was again very content to leave the car in his care. He performed all the checks, fluids changed, timing belt, water pump and a few other things that wasn't up to his standard, and discussed all the knowledge he had relevant to the car.
Much appreciated mate.
In conclusion Guy performed, what I would consider the perfect customer service experience and a technical proficient service , a very pleasant, talented and ethical man.
Just though I would share this for anyone else that is in the position I was.
