Z18 coolant Y piece

Does anyone know of a source for the Y piece on the z18xe or X18xe1 in silicone? Or even a 40mm to 30mm reducer?

Difficult question sskustomz, I think the ultimate answer is from the UK. Unless you are willing to try Bunnings for plumbing bits, there may be a reducer of that size. Paint it and it looks like any other plastic bit in the engine.
