corsa B roof rack brackets/ clips?

hey guys, quick question. the roof rack adapters on the corsa B roof. are they a pain to remove?? will the clips break? and exactly whats the best way to get them off because there is a but load of earth inside them lol. thankyou.

JT they are just held on by clips.
Yes and some will break.
As for taking them off remove one off the roof rack covers(there are 2 on each side) stick a little pry bar(screw driver) and gently pries up off the raise section in the centre of the channel.
I know your pain with the dirt build up, it caused some bad rusting in my Barina. So I removed them completely and ground the raise centre section flat. A little extreme but no more dirt build up.
