OpelAus I.D.Stickers

Just wanna know had anyone had the idea to have I.D.stickers on their cars with their OpelAus member name so we can recognise each other anywhere?

I think its been looked into before but would cost too much as when they do batches they just set the machine to run x amount of stickers but with individual stickers, the machine needs to be reset every time a new name is done.

The main difficult part in doing that for the printer is that each one would have to be designed individually, which is rather time consuming. The machines can do any variety of stickers without being reset, as long as the vinyl isn't different (ie. different colours)

What of everybody has the same Opelaus emblem and the members can make their own name to their own preference to show their individuality?

As Brando47 said, it's expensive for a one off in this kind of thing. My brother in law works as a signwriter and was saying that for bumper stickers, it's like $20-50 for the first one and then like starting from $0.50 for each subsequent one. The cost is in the design and layout. That is unless we get someone on side who does this work and can get around this, lol. And yes, my brother in law isn't interested in doing stuff like that, he actually does more full car wraps and shopfront signage than anything else.

So everyone gets a different design and rock up to a meet how dodgy will it look with 10-15 different designs?

Depends on what you want. Probably not the cheapest, but he'll do a go a good job. His name is Marcus and he works at Adelaide Signs in Mile End. I know he does a bit of work for CMI amongst others.
