double din for vectra 2.2 , 05

hi i need to make a decision on my sound system but wanted to know if my vectra can fit a double din. seems the book doesnt list it but i went to 2 places for quotes and 1 guy said he can use the astra double din and the other guy said hes not making any promises.
does any1 here own a v6 05 vectra with a double din installed?
also need opinions on which one to get.

im wanting more sound quality over gadgets but i also want it to look good

Yes, I do believe your Vectra should fit a double DIN unit no problems. I remember there being enough room for one when I did the head unit in my sister's Vectra some years ago now. And if it's done properly, it should look like it's meant to be there.
