they do what they advertise (either keep at set RPM launching, or allow you to flatshift), good at melting cats and can cause issues with EGT's due to unburnt fuel igniting further down the train

I'll likely look at this feature with my haltech but only with a catless exhaust and only at the track

thanks for the heads up , thought there may be issues with fuelling with this ... might still get it for 1/4 mile runs only .

normally the error lights come up as soon as I put the key in the ignition " warning warning , loose nut behind the wheel "
but seriously , if it was to happen would that result in other things happening ie engine power decrease as a safety or anything like that and would the warning stop once it's turned off again ??

don't know which error it might give off but some faults also trigger other faults. this cutting out ign coil, might also cut fuel. don't know, you got to ask them. will disappear once restqarted several times, the ecu is reset, or opcom is used to clear faults.

ok , thanks mate , might be more trouble than it's worth then . might have to ask them if they've fitted them to a car with canbus b4 and if issues occurred !
