Hi does anyone know how to put music from Mac itunes onto a hard drive to use in an OPC J? i need it to work so it shows albums and artists, playlists etc

Don't think you can export music from itunes to a USB with either windows or Mac.

Someone else who is a sheep may be able to help

I received mine couple of days ago but my USB drive doesn't work at all. When I plug it in it locks up my computer and have to reboot to get the mouse working again. Most likely the electronic parts on the bottom of the USB are at fault. Generally those parts are inbuilt into the body of the USB and in this case then uncovered so not surprised it doesn't work.
