spark plug covered in oil

Hi all so I decided to change my spark plugs in my vec an found all this oil around the sides where the spark plug goes. An that part of the lead was dripping wiht oil when I removed it. is this normal or should I be worryed?

Change rocker cover gaskets. Only use genuine ones.

Yep just changed rocker cover gasket an new plugs then once I started it all this blue grey smoke came out but allgood now thanks
