Castrol Syntrax Transaxle & Manual Transmission Fluid - 75W-90

The Astra f17 gearbox says to use 75w-85 but can we use Castrol Syntrax Transaxle & Manual Transmission Fluid - 75W-90?

only 5 difference for operating temp.

Not used it, but just bought penrite 75-85 full syn for the 1.8 astra g...

Was previously on 75-90 penrite sin full syn and that was fine, but expensive for the daily wife car...
