Hi everyone,
I am very well aware that asking for help on your first post in a forum isnt the most awesome thing to do,
but I am short on resources, time & good quality information.
I am extremely active on other car forums, and know that some very smart people lurk around these places.
Which is why i have come here.
My fiances car...
2006. Astra AH. Turbo. 70,000kms. no mods.
I have wasted money and left mechanics pulling their hair out over this one.
Normally happens in the warmer months, car goes into limp mode with the CEL on. Kinda randomly, out of no where, she'll drive to the shops fine - then when she leaves - it goes into limp.
It has been plugged into numerous scanners...
Accelerator Pedal position = We changed the pedal
Steering Assist Sensor = We changed that too
All using original Holden/GM parts
No one seems to know how to fix this & were throwing cash at this car with no results.
Could someone here please help me or recommend me to a genius mechanic.
Again, sorry for making my first post a question.
Any help & feedback is greatly appreciated.
Thanks
