SRI Mag Wheels- Remove Lion

Hey, has anyone removed the lion badge off the SRI mags (mine is 2003). Is it possible and is there a hole in the mag behind after it is done. Please i hope someone can shed some light before i do the wrong thing.

Yup, there's definately holes behind them..... the only way to fix it, putty, repaint and be on your way!

Speak to Slimcraigie - I replaced the wheel centres on my 03 Astra SRi with the 5 spoke Opel wheel centres as below:

If you have the Ten Spoke wheel like Pharkus:

then i believe the same centre will still fit but slimcraigie can probably verify for you.. he's good like that. :D

Coolies I've been spotted on a post other than mine 8)

Lucky it's not a close-up either, the lion gets real dirty and hard to clean. Just spent 5hours last night washing, claying and waxing the car and now it's pouring rain.

But yeah i was wondering the same with the lion more for cleaning than anything else. Guess I'll just have to save for new wheels
