Just noticed this thread, maybe I can help as I've changed the instrument cluster in my 2004 turbo vert with a different model as well...

AFAIK they are all interchangable/compatible, the features which arn't on one but on the other will either light up or not, but they all plug into the same point/s.

Km's won't matter as they are part of the individual car ecu's memory, so if you swap out the instruments to a new or other S/H the km's of your car will still come up on that other instrument cluster :)

You just need one that has the same top speed on the speedo and red line on the revs. Will fit in fine.
Odo can be changed with opcom
