I was extremely disappointed to find that Adelaide Opel had ZERO brochures on Astras when I visited today.
This is inexcusable with a car launch with not only new models but a "new" parent company as well.

Did you take that up with the dealer principal?

Im sure they could have sorted something out for you.

When we all went in on saturday, we were told that they were waiting in a shipment from interstate which had been delayed. They werent too happy about it either

Complain about the dealership all you want. Unfortunately it was out of their hands. I'm sure they would have wanted brochures for the opening day too but it couldnt be helped.

Oh yes indeed. This bitch of mine is an Opel Australia matter. Opel Adelaide are waiting on a pallet of brochures. But an overnight courier pack from Melbourne last week would have set Adelaide up for last Saturday's opening, plus yesterday and today, and however many tomorrows it takes!!

No dealers had the full set of brochures. Most had none.

Unforseen circumstances delayed the arrival.

Couldn't be helped.

I was at the launch at Eastside Opel. Have also had conversations with other VIC dealers and none of them had brochures unfortunately :(

Same in Brisbane on opening day too. Plenty of copies of what appears to be a rather overgrown magazine called 'ramp', a scant few copies of 'The Opel Brand' that were being carefully rationed, but nothing resembling an actual car brochure that I could see.

No brochures in WA, but i asked the salesman, and he emailed me both the GTC and Insignia brochures today.

Still a new company that has only had 4 months to prepare and establish dealerships, there's plenty and more info on the web, pricing is available at all dealers so really people can survive for a few weeks till they get them in.

Not sure why the dealer not having some glossy paper with the same info is such a big deal.
