What Oxygen Sensor Socket size is the Astra TS Z18xe 1.8 Manual? Is there a difference between aftermarket brand and original O2 sensors?

22mm iirc. May be different with between oem and aftermarket.

OEM use bosch generally

Bosch are def worth extra over cheapies but you can get bosch replacement without the plugs which are alot cheaper, you just need to cut the old wiring harness and join.
