So bros - My wheels are in dire need of a refurb.

I would like to change the colour of them and also change the colour of the brake calipers at the same time.

So before I break out the tools, How about some suggestions as to a new colour?

Here are a couple of quick shops.

Black+red calipers

White+red calipers

I'm leaning towards black personally.

Thanks.

I was looking at a nice BMW colour - It's a black with heaps of metallic fleck through it!

I'm thinking black / gunmetal - with red or orange calipers - Thank's for the replys people!

These calipers look very small when red. Make them black with the black wheels

White wheels look good when clean but you will be washing the car every 3 days if you want to keep them looking nice. Also, over time the brake dust will become embedded in the paint, meaning that no matter how hard you try, your white wheels will be a light grey color after a year or 2

First thing I'd be concerned about is the quality of the new finish !!!

I've had several rim packages re-painted over the years and only one set has ever turned out decent, ie. looking like new rims purchased from the maker, all the others turned out looking a little fake...

The rims I've had done have been in various shades of silver and shadow chrome, I suppose white or black would be alot easier to achieve a perfect result, so basically before you begin regardless of colour choice inspect the work of who ever's doing it and see if they can deliver the result your wanting :)
