hi guys, wasn't sure which section of the forum i should post this because i havent decided what to do yet

basically im thinking of selling my AH turbo, the car's done 110k kms fairly stock except for angel eyes with HID, opel grille and rear badge and a straight thru muffler.

the reason im thinking of selling is i'll be leaving Perth to live overseas for ~a year my dillema is I still love the car, but at the same time knowing that when i come back in 2013 opel will be here and i'd possible look into getting the new astra

so my question is.. how much do u guys think i can get for my car now, and is anyone in perth in the market for a silver AH turbo? thanks

mods don't count for much if anything unfortunately.

redbook seems a little high on prices imo.

Private Price Guide $15,400 - $17,600
* Trade In Price Guide $12,600 - $14,800
* Average Km 90,000 - 150,000

perth prices are higher than the rest of the country on the whole :)
Used market is pretty stagnant at the moment unless really well priced though, so if you want to get rid of it prior to leaving it will have to be priced well.

usually look on carsales for comparable cars, then price it the cheapest by a bit.

I just bought a silver 06 AH Astra Turbo with 80 000km, full log books, snowflake wheels for $16890 privately (in Brisbane). Realistically, you would be looking at around $15 000 IMO.

Gibbons Holden had one advertised in yesterdays Sunday Times Readers Mart.
Cannot remember the exact price bit it was over $20,000.
Try car-sales and see if any others are up for grabs.
Good luck with the sale.

Check carsales if eastern states add about $1000-2500
