The 135i is a very nice car, very underated but very competent, the 1M is a totally different drive but then we are talking pretty much the 1 series shell perched on top of a modified M3 chassie and underpinnings............The 1M is a very addictive car that just eggs you on to push it harder, MDM and the M button and it will have you sideways through just about every roundabout lol

First for a BMW in the UK with the DDC plus the 1st 1M anywhere other than the pre production kit tested to a 1M test mule, they will also be test driving KW's 911 turbo and new evoque which is also having the DDC kit fitted.

Mate the poor astra is sitting in the very back of the garage with about an inch of dust (and a few fox paw marks in the dust) lol and has not moved in over 12 months, hell it don't even have any seats and has become a storage unit full of parts including the parts uprated on the 1M from an intercooler, suspension and an exhaust back box, even a plastic xmas tree lol

I think next yr I will roll her out, purchase some new bucket seats and get it back on the road/track.

That's an awesome end result Aussie especially the improvement in ride quality, I'm sure alot of people will be jumping on these coil overs and I'm sure we'll see more of the same from competing suspension companies.

An excellent combination of both ride quality and performance handling is something everybody desires in cars at this level and not many cars out there have that, so the beginnings of this type of suspension kits should be well recieved :)
