Recording off foxtel to PC

As per title

Im after the easiest, cheapest way to do this.

My toshie laptop has a coax connector on it but since the foxtel is the IQ2 package (HD) im not sure if I can do it this way (or even how)?

Funds are a bit limited for a few weeks so I cant emphasise enough on the "cheapest" bit :lol:
