Hey Guys,

I am interested in getting my rears windows on my astra g hatch (the quarter windows) tinted with that mirror fading affect. Its mirror/chrome on the bottom and then fades to black.

Just want to know if there are any restrictions or if they are legal or not, if so, any way to get a permit or something as they are the rear windows

the qtr windows i cant really see an issue. although i would still check with your state laws. i know in victoria the rear windows have no limit but the front windows are limited to 35%

message nico (neeko) and speak to him. He will tell you exactly whats legal and what not.

afaik you are not allowed the chrome tinting but he can confirm.

he used to have 2 chrome tinted stripes down his rear window and while following him on a cruise once i was blinded by the sun reflecting off it.
