I was messing around with a number plate generator this afternoon checking availability for plates in qld and I came up with this :P

In nsw its $395 per year!Its $395 for life. So its not that bad when you think about it.

Investment wise.... it *might* be a good idea seeing you could want one down the track that might no longer be available....

what site did you go to to generate the plates?? I'm at work and its so boring.....I've only been here 5 minutes tho :lol:

www.ppq.com.au you can make your own plates there and see if they are available

Yeah sorry about the pic fellas. I tried linkin to the pic on the PPQ site but its only a temp pic...:( It actual said OPLAUS. Would be nice for dregger.

Wow, you should be in WA,
any plate (as long as not taken) many colours (background/foreground), only approx $270 (forever)!! :D

$50 here in the NT and you get to keep them as long as you keep them registered.

Or do you? I know I guy who came over from Tas for a 5 years and had his tas plates, never needed to change them.
Not sure on the legal side, but he never had a problem :twisted:
