Respray Back Bumper Bar H?

Hi Everyone,

Not sure if this is the right area but I'm looking at getting my back bar resprayed due to someone hit it. It's actually just light scratches but the body shop said I won't be able to buff it out and I have to paint it.

He quoted me $350. I think that's honestly REALLY expensive. But then again it's a large part. You think I can get it done elsewhere cheaper?

350 is cheap for a bar respray if they do a decent job and match the colour 100%

black is one of the hardest colours to respray as the prep work needs to be done that much better than with a lighter colour.

normally they do the whole bar respray, $350 is very very cheap.

Where did you get quoted 350? I've got quotes for my front bumper (which is smaller than your rear bumper) and have gotten quotes in excess of 500...

So yeah I'm also looking for a cheaper place too in melb!!
