hey guys im new here
ive had a 2003 ts astra for a while

ive upgraded the speakers, and head deck to pioneer.
changed the tail lights and headlights and added a sticker

indeed it is, and for some reason i have those rims on the car, i hate them since they are the wrong size and constantly rub when i have any sort of weight in the back

Should be 205/55/16. Offset is probably too low for the G as well

50 not 55 for the G. :) offset would be the bigger issue though :)

they are 16's but the tyre is to big since the car is factory lowered as it is an sri, looked into getting 17's, with the right size tyre (17x7 215 40) - back to factory spec i think

99% percent of astra/vectra owners with 17's run the 215/45

mine are 215 40 shay standard and i thought the 2.2 sri came with 16s anyway

dont what it came with, but i know what it shouldnt have on it - and btw is it worth replacing the springs on sri with 3rd party ones?

yes deffinately, eibach, h&r, or bilstein, all do good springs for them, lower them up to 50mm at the front and 30mm at the rear, and improve handling out of sight.

If ur not too far i can meet up n show u sometime...

Just gotta get around to fitting my Bilsteins, got a set of B8's to fit all round, should drop a little more then as i'm still running standard shocks atm...

not without custom brackets which by the time you factor them in there are better upgrades for the price.

thanks guy. just searching the wealth of knowledge here, its overwhelming, other thing im searching for is a bolt-on exhaust - ive got a mate that'll do a custom job, but i want to see if i can get a bolt-on one first
