Replacing Tappets

I have an 03 Astra Turbo, has anybody had to replace their tapppets before and if so how much.

You can order 16x new tappets from Autovaux (original INA valve lifters - £8.00 each - £128 for set of 16) and get a new tappet cover gasket w/ o-rings as well (£13.30).
