Trying to phone Autovaux

Hi, I'm new here. Just bought an '03 Astra (nice one).
Anyway, I'm trying to order parts from Autuvaux but don't seem to be able to get through on 00 44 1924 376003 which is the number they gave me to ring. Is there any other code I have to ring from Australia?
