Help with OZGarage podcasts

To be honest im a n00b when it comes to podcasts.
I hate using iTunes so these things frustrate the shit out of me.

set it up so i can get the eps from last season, and the new ones as the are available.

now, when it started downloading it downloaded like 3 copies of each episode, so for 4 episodes i had 12 files. each 100mb+ea.

then when i went to 'sync' them to the iPhone, only a couple went across, the rest errored. really pissing me off, cause i enjoyed the eps.

any help.

anyone have the whole first season on dvd or on thier computer?
