Nope not tethered..i've restarted my phone a few times works fine...this is only for 3G by the way NOT i repeat NOT FOR 3GS

then when you have done this go to cydia and etner hackulo.us in the sources and install there app...cracked itunes apps ;-)

Scroll to the bottom of the page...the zip is for Windows...there are 2 links there......thats taken from the developers site. By the way....I take no responsibly if you brick your phone.....:-)

Just thought i'd add that.....
