mine are :yikes::eek6::mad5: why would you downshift an astra into 1st while doing 140.. the motor isn't a SCSI disk drive here!

I once did something like that accidentally while on my P's in my old Astra G - i missed a shift from 4th, went into second and the rev needle went to about 9000 RPM. definitely not good for the motor but it was only for a split second. no harm done.
