in which Gasoline engines models the the fuel regulator is up to 4 bar Pressure ?

the c20xe engine (dizyyless with motronic M2.8) - The fuel pressure regulator of this engine is the Bosch 0 280 160 703, that have 3.0bar.
The first generation of c20xe is 2.5bar pressure regulator.

What about the omega. Someone know ?

not sure on the style os fpr on the xe, but bosch motorsport make 1 that fits the later style and is adjustable. not cheap but.
if it's the same as the late model style, the xr6 turbo is a bosch 4 bar.

The c series engine pressure regulator is different from the later ones. Gema make a an adjustble one but not cheap, I just bought an adaptor plate of eBay then you can use any aftermarket fuel pressure regulator you like.

if you were going for the courtenay one I'd recommend checking out ebay first though - you can often get them for around 30d

Just a tx autosport one nothing special but does the job. Don't forget the C series engine has a different pressure regulator setup to the Z series engine.

although the c20/22sel is the same as the zlet ;). and the zxe is fpr at back.
dont think you can class just as c and z unfortunately.

by the way - which fpr would be better for the c25xe - with GSi cams and standard injectors, 3.8 or 4bar?

from what i hear the 3.8bar 1 is best for the 2.5L. but the 4bar wouldnt hurt.

no need for retune as far as I know. Interesting fact is that they use an original fpr and press a large ballbearing onto the top so it dents a bit creating a higher pressure (so I was told by a mechanic in Holland..............)
