Anyone had any experience using one of these things - specifically the TDA30 model?

Anyone have a copy of the maintenance console that can talk to this?

haven't seen the PT programming manual before - its already answered a couple of things which is great.

Brady, will email you tonight.

Rocco: have used the Cisco gear at another job and it was great, but just don't have the cashola to spend on a new phone system, especially when this one is more than adequate for what we use it for.

I'd say the Panasonic stuff is easier for non-geek people to use, but probably not as customizable as Cisco. But that's not to say that you can't do A LOT with the Panasonic (way more than you need in a Pharmacy anyway)
