hi guys, as some of you know im gonna be losing my licence and my car is for sale. iv had a lot of interest , one offer and someone else coming to look at it tomorrow who is 'very interested' all in less than a week so as its probably gonna sell pretty soon and im not gonna lose my licence for another 2 month+ so i need a car to get back and forward to work and stuff and i also want a car that i can do work on when it comes to losing my licence for at least 6 month. i really like the v6 vectra c cdxi and will probably end up buying one when mine sells, BUT i just want to know in advance what problems or faults i am likely to face when the time comes.

this is the one that i am looking at. is the price right for the kms etc and if not what would you roughly say it is worth

what do you meen rocco? this is the first time but its taking so long because my car is in my dads name so he had to declare that he wasnt the driver and i was but he waited until the latest he could to declare it then it took a few weeks for them to send the paperwork to me then iv got until the end of this month to pay the fine then iv gotta wait for them to send me the letter to say that im banned but the ban doesnt take effect until around 3 weeks after the letter is sent so it will be around the end of may/beginning of june before i lose it. for a fine that i recieved mid february.

my sister in law has had coils and some suspension issues. but hers is a cd 2.2. and shes done bout 200 thou. that one looks quite tidy tho :)

Dude in your first post it looks like your loosing your licence like three times. How come your loosing your licence in the fist place?

the v6 veccys had transmission problems (water gets in) but i think thats only on the ones 2003 and older so u should be ok

ah right sorry mate my bad. nah i havnt lost it yet but should be losing it in around 2 month time

has she still got stock suspension though? i would be getting new shocks and lower springs so i dunno if that would be a issue ???
