If your really interested about the job. either apply or send the boss an email. I don't think a forum is the right place to discuss hourly rates

Let me rephrase....Its not professional discussing hourly rates on an online forum. As I said if your interested in the job contact the person email address on the bottom of the ad. If not..well thats your choice....i'm not in the position to discuss hourly rates on a job we are advertising a position for. My main reason for posting this here was incase a fellow OA member was in need of some work....not to discuss hourly rates and pay grades.
