yeah from what i gather they're putting 1 episode into a two hour time slot. The programme length when aired on the commercial free BBC II is usually 55-63 minutes. (as opposed to 42-48 for sbs) So unless we're getting unseen footage channel 9 is going to pack an hour's worth of ads into it. Fun. but then again, who needs nine when you've got Final Gear and 1080i rips :)

the first screening is 2 episodes.. they are doing the romanian road/tunnel/dacia sandero episode and the winter Olympics special together..

Well I have seen "Top Gear" last night and I timed the ads.
32 min. give or take a min.
Am I going to see it again? I'm not sure.

I did watch it despite being old episode... ALOT of little comedy content was missing... it was like channel 9 cut out half the funny scenes/trivia... really didnt feel like a proper top gear episode

If U watched the previews before 9 broadcasted the show with Bana and Clarkson talking about deadly insects, that scene didn't even make it to the actual show! WTF??

I'd like to know what Greg Murphy was doing for Top Gear in New Zealand, that caused him to miss the first round of the V8's at a new track, new team, & Car !

He had a contract to appear at the Top Gear Live shows in NZ. Obviously they wanted a successful NZ driver and Murph was it.
