has any one ever used them ? ive been looking for wheels for the calibra but all the ones i like the offset is like 10 to 15 mm too low if i manage to match the offset with spacers will i need new wheel bolts aswell or can i use the originals?

you will need new longer bolts mate.. some kits supply bolts with them... i know repco sell the spacers themselves (10mm max ive seen) and there about $30 for a pair but no bolts...

And not safe. They place extra stress on the hub.

what your after is adaptors, they are safe!

they bolt onto your hub and then you bolt your wheels on the adaptor.

I personally wouldn't use either, but if your going to anyway, go with the adapters and don't buy the cheap ass ones off ebay, the decent ones cost a couple of hundered.

on the packet i found at repco it said "Not for off-road or race use" i found it quiet funny it was opposite of wat they ussually say
