Forum Upgrade - 3 January 2009

There will be a upgrade of the forum software to vBulletin 4.0 - which includes some major backend and frontend changes.

Due to such major changes to the software, most litte things we've added over time will be temporarily disabled until I can be sure they will work fully with the new software and not cause any database issues. This includes the forum styles.

This upgrade is expected to take some time to complete, so an exact time for finish is unknown, the upgrade however, will begin sometime after 9.00AM AEST on Sunday, 3 January 2009.

Addition: In preparation for this upgrade, features will be disabled gradually before the actual upgrade. This means that from NOW, custom styles will be turned off, as will certain other additions and modifications that the new software already has included in it.
