For the Corsa my mods will depend on the career path I take during 2010. If I continue on my low income and decide to keep the car I'm going to look into a few more performance mods such as:

• custom extractors
• custom intake plenum
• reprofiled cams
• lightend flywheel
• stronger clutch
• block EGR valve (possible job for matt?)
• Vxmmi headunit
• and whatever else I have money for.

Good thread this one adz - also how come I don't see an F25 or 28 Manual box on that list? You know where to get them now eh - might be worth checking out the Saab wreckers in Oakleigh.

Vectra
-Sell it
-Sell the parts I bought for it but never fitted (refer FS section lol)

Saab (B258i V6 (c25xe))
-G Intake Cams
-Remap (have to get my OBD interface to work first)
-Machined throttle and intake (I'll let you know how much it costs lol)
-Low Pressure Turbo from the 3.0 9-5 (if I can find one for sale)
-Hydraulic Clutch (or I could man up and stick with the cable one)
-3.6 or 4bar fpr
-Eibachs, Boge shocks for the rear (already on the fronts)
-900 Aero 3 Spoke Classic Rims
-Viggen body kit and tailgate spoiler (also hard to find)
-Leather (easy to obtain considering saab appears to have used the same seat design since the '80s)
-SCC
-Saab equivalent of the VXMMI

Yeah modding cars is so much easier when you have a full time job

Yeah modding cars is so much easier when you have a full time job

It sure is

On my list:

True CAI set up through foglight (pending on how brave i go in terms of drilling the car's body)
Whiteline rear sway
Whiteline rear shim kit
Whiteline caster kit
New pads (when these go completely)
2.25'' catback

Tidy up calipers (black)
Paint front chrome bar (looking for donor grill still)
...

If I'm bothered  Still enjoying the new sport contact 3 tyres so not inclined to mod it yet - the grip is stupid... I highly recommend Contis.

Gmonkey - instead of the Injectors and FPR (useless) i would look at getting headers and cams, much more benificial to you. Your no way near maxing out your current injectors and fpr....;)

Absolutely nothing but maintenance.

+ 1 for my Cali and Astra, will instead be spending the time and money on another new car purchase (hopefully ie) sometime through 2010...although if I head O/S in March, there is an item I want to grab for the interior of my vert. :)
